It started with the idea that a company should be a community that nurtures good individuals, not just an organization that pursues profits. We came up with this idea inspired by "Yoke". I saw a mother working and plowing with a yoke with a frail and immature cow, and saw the ideal of a true leader who supports and guides a growing person. Also, an immature cow turned into a mature cow and yokes with another immature cow, showing the true vitality of the company. We thought that the yoke and support of each other was similar to the community we dreamed of, and we found our mission in that image.
